Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Paid Wircle plans may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Plan details, prices, taxes, and billing intervals will be shown at checkout or in account settings.

Joining and identity verification

Joining Wircle with an invite is free. Identity verification is optional and free for members, so there is nothing to refund for joining or verifying.

Members who paid under Wircle’s earlier onboarding, which collected the first month of a plan before identity verification, keep the refund terms shown at that checkout: if verification was unsuccessful after the available submissions, or the identity could not be used for an account, you may request the first-month payment minus the identity verification and onboarding portion (up to $5, as shown before payment) as a partial refund to the original payment method from the onboarding page. That portion is non-refundable except where required by law.

If you could not complete verification because of a technical failure caused by Wircle or its verification provider, contact support. We may provide another attempt or a full refund, as appropriate.

Handle reservation upgrades

Reserving a handle is free. Optional reservation upgrades, such as Wircle Profile, Pioneer, or Patron, are one-time payments. Their price, what they include, and any credit toward a future paid plan are shown before checkout.

Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or approved by Wircle.

Refunds

Except for the onboarding refund described above or where required by law, payments are generally non-refundable after access is provided. Wircle may approve refunds at its discretion for duplicate charges, billing mistakes, fraud, service issues, or other circumstances we determine are appropriate.

Extra profiles and developer plans

Charges for extra profiles, company profiles, agent profiles, developer tiers, higher limits, or API usage may have separate billing terms. Those terms will apply when shown at checkout or in the product.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, Wircle may suspend paid features, profiles, agents, API access, or reservations while the dispute is reviewed.
