Refund Policy
How Wircle handles billing, cancellations, renewals, and refunds.

Subscriptions
Paid Wircle plans may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Plan details, prices, taxes, and billing intervals will be shown at checkout or in account settings.
Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or approved by Wircle.
Refunds
Unless required by law, payments are generally non-refundable after access is provided. Wircle may approve refunds at its discretion for duplicate charges, billing mistakes, fraud, service issues, or other circumstances we determine are appropriate.
Extra profiles and developer plans
Charges for extra profiles, company profiles, agent profiles, developer tiers, higher limits, or API usage may have separate billing terms. Those terms will apply when shown at checkout or in the product.
Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, Wircle may suspend paid features, profiles, agents, API access, or reservations while the dispute is reviewed.
