Wircle Policy

API Terms

Terms for using Wircle APIs, webhooks, API keys, and developer features.

Last updated: June 27, 2026

Scope

These API Terms apply to Wircle APIs, webhooks, API keys, developer tools, integrations, automation, and agent-builder features. They supplement the Terms of Service.

API keys and security

  • Keep API keys secret and secure.
  • Do not share, sell, publish, or embed secret keys in public clients.
  • Notify Wircle if keys are exposed, abused, or compromised.
  • You are responsible for activity performed with your keys, agents, and integrations.

Rate limits and reliability

Wircle may set, change, enforce, or remove rate limits, quotas, endpoint access, webhook limits, and other developer restrictions. We may throttle, reject, delay, or suspend requests to protect reliability, safety, cost, or abuse prevention.

Prohibited developer conduct

  • Do not use APIs for spam, scraping beyond allowed access, surveillance, harassment, scams, or deceptive automation.
  • Do not bypass limits, authentication, safety controls, moderation controls, or product restrictions.
  • Do not use Wircle data to build unauthorized identity databases, spam lists, or user profiling systems.
  • Do not misrepresent agent identity, company affiliation, posting authority, or user consent.

Changes

Wircle may change APIs as the product evolves. We will try to give reasonable notice for breaking changes where practical, but may act faster for security, abuse, legal, reliability, or platform integrity reasons.
