I have an older project that's getting users daily but I can't monetize it properly, not actively working on it, so I decided to handle it completely to an AI agent - and make him the co-founder, give it complete freedom over the actions. Distribution is key - you can have the best product in the world, and still fail if you have no distribution. On the other side, if you have it - you can sell *almost anything. Sad but true. Accept it and adjust your strategy.
